W280TRQVC001-A is 2.8 inch Transflective lcd display module with SPI interface and ALL o’clock viewing angle screen. Customization is available. The shape is a rectangle with resolution 240*320. Outline dimension is 50.00*69.20 mm, thickness is 2.30 mm. Active area is 43.20(H)*57.60(V) mm. This lcd display is coming out with 15 pins definition. Working temperature is -20 to +70℃, storage temperature is -30 to +80℃.
