XF013QV02A-ISNL is 1.3 inch tft lcd display module with SPI 4 Lane interface and ips all viewing angle screen. Customization is available. The shape is a square with resolution 240*240. Outline dimension is 26.20 X 29.22mm, thickness is 1.45mm. Active area is 23.4 X 23.4 mm. This lcd display is coming out with 15 pins definition. LCD driver IC is ST7789V2. Working temperature is -20 to +70℃, storage temperature is -30 to +80℃.
